Beginner Quilting Class

Let Cheryl guide you on your way to producing your first quilt. She will begin the class with instruction regarding sewing machines, fabric selection and tools. Use the first class to choose your fabrics, then use the following three classes to complete this simple quilt.

Sew-In limited to 6 persons.You must pre-register for each Saturday.

Kid's Sewing Club

This winter session of the Kid's Sewing Club is scheduled for the Chinook's Edge Friday's off school.This club is designed for children aged 8 to 12 years. Cheryl will guide your children through four simple projects designed to teach them a variety of sewing techniques. Some of our past projects have included pyjama pants, placemats, pillow cases, pin cushions, tote bags, and even a pet bed. As the children gain confidence in their sewing ability, they will be allowed to choose which projects they complete.

Teen Sewing Club

This winter session of the Teen Sewing Club is scheduled for the Chinook's Edge Friday's off school.This club is designed for children aged 13 years and up. This is a more self-directed class with the students choosing projects they would like to complete.
