The Quilting Bee

Friendship Triangle Exchange

This is a fun, new fabric exchange following an idea from Edyta Sitar's book Friendship Triangles.

Basically you will use Cinnamon Sticks and accompanying Triangle Paper to sew and cut two pieces of fabric (6.5" x 21") into triangles. The two pieces of fabric should be one light and one dark.  You can purchase Cinnamon Sticks for $5.00 and/or use up scraps of fabric you have at home.

At the end of the exchange month, all the triangles are placed into the Friendship Pot and you get to take out the number of triangles you put in.

You will have an exciting new set of triangles that you can then make into a project.  There are 15 beautiful quilting projects using triangles in Edyta's book.
